Bad customer experience

I purchased a glad at the Utah arts festival they gave me an eight inch Air Force circle and told me to call and get the ten inch as they were out I have called three times only to get another eight inch sent to me which is to small for the flag I bought so I purchased the twelve inch and it’s to big this was for a memorial for my dad who passed back in March and fee as though I was taken advantage of here completely dissatisfied and feel my memorial is ruined
